In his role as director of finance and administration, Clayton Holder is responsible for overall financial management, human resources and public financing for Hunt Midwest Enterprises, Inc. and Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development, Inc.
Clayton began his career with Hunt Midwest in 1997 as a staff accountant. He was promoted to new business development specialist in 1999, in 2000, to supervisor of new business development, and in 2003, to manager of new business development. He was transferred to manager of finance and accounting in 2004 and in 2005, took on the added responsibilities of manager of human resources. Clayton was promoted to his current position as director of finance and administration in 2010.
Clayton has over 19 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance, company valuations, public financing, acquisitions, human resources and real estate development. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Missouri Economic Development Financing Association (MEDFA).
Clayton received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He resides with his family in Kearney, Missouri.
