In her role as director of development services, Wendy Padgett supports the Hunt Midwest development team in coordinating projects in the local Kansas City market. Wendy leads the effort to expand the commercial real estate portfolio through build-to-suit opportunities, land acquisitions and new commercial developments. She is involved in site identification, entitlements and project management. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate development, her expertise complements the continued expansion of Hunt Midwest’s commercial division.
Wendy has been involved in over 1.5 million square feet of projects, ranging from office, industrial, and hospitality to business parks. She previously worked at Janko Group/Quadrangle, LLC where she held roles of property manager, project manager, and associate director.
Wendy is a graduate of Central Missouri State University with a bachelor of fine arts in theatre. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Kansas and serves on the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She served as a Girl Scout leader for four years. Wendy and her family reside in Prairie Village, Kansas.
