Morgan Mutert is responsible for growing Hunt Midwest’s national industrial portfolio, developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with industry, community, and government leaders.
Morgan joined Hunt Midwest in 2023 to market and lease industrial properties and help the company grow nationwide. She works closely with clients, brokers, site consultants, and economic development agencies during the site selection process to help design the best real estate solution for a company’s financial and operational objectives. Morgan also works with state and local government leaders to foster economic growth in the communities Hunt Midwest does business.
Morgan is involved in Kansas City and the State of Missouri’s business and economic development communities. She is a 2020 graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber Centurions Leadership Program and works closely with the Missouri Economic Development Council, where she is a past board member.
