Bret Richardson is responsible for the day-to-day management of Hunt Midwest assets and assists with new acquisitions and developments.
Bret joined Hunt Midwest in 2020 and has more than 15 years of property management and real estate experience. He monitors the daily operations of an array of Hunt Midwest product types and is responsible for maximizing their value and revenue for the company. He also works closely with the company’s third-party management partners overseeing industrial properties, multifamily communities, assisted living and memory care, and climate-controlled self-storage.
Bret currently serves as president of the Downtown Overland Park Partnership to help attract visitors and new businesses to the historic downtown district.
