Michael Knight oversees Hunt Midwest’s construction management team, working alongside new business development staff to help shape and execute the company’s industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
Michael joined Hunt Midwest in 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He provides conceptual estimating and design oversight for all Hunt Midwest developments and leads his team’s work on land entitlements, design, project bidding, contracts, and construction oversight to ensure every project meets the highest quality standards on time and on budget. His combination of on-site construction experience and development services leadership empower Hunt Midwest to offer industry-leading build-to-suit guidance that simplifies the complex building process and reduces risk for clients.
Michael is a 2025 Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame inductee.
