Katy Clagett supports every stage of the property acquisition life cycle, from due diligence and entitlements through construction completion.
Katy joined Hunt Midwest in 2025, and she has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal. She works with Hunt Midwest’s internal construction management team, external engineers, contractors, and clients to design and budget development costs. Katy also coordinates the company’s relationships with the land planners, architects, engineers, government officials, and community members involved in each project.
Katy maintains a Kansas real estate license and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Kansas and Missouri.
