Alec VanBuskirk provides financial analysis, performs due diligence, and completes underwriting for current and potential Hunt Midwest projects.
Alec joined Hunt Midwest in 2021. He provides financial analysis to support property financing, acquisition, marketing, leasing, and management for current and potential projects in the industrial, multifamily, senior living, data center, and self-storage sectors. His analysis and market research have helped the company expand across the Midwest and the Southeast, including Kentucky, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Alec is pursuing his CCIM designation, and he received the SIOR Western Missouri/Kansas Chapter’s 2021 Hugh Zimmer SIOR Scholarship to pursue his master’s degree.
