VINCE JOHNSTON
Senior Vice President & CFO
As senior vice president & CFO, Vince is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, HR and IT functions to include financial systems and reporting, banking relationships, tax planning, business and strategic planning, risk and asset management, audit, legal oversight, human resources, corporate benefits, and technology strategies.
Prior to joining Hunt Midwest, Vince spent 14 years as a sitting CFO, including 12 years at Block Real Estate Services and 2 years at CohenEsrey Real Estate Services. He has over 27 years in the real estate investment/development industry where he has been exposed to all facets of real estate development of mixed-use, multifamily and commercial real estate.
Vince earned a BS in business administration-accounting from Kansas State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Vince and his family reside in Leawood, Kansas.
