INFRASTRUCTURE

Transforming the landscape of every community we touch.

Hunt Midwest is dedicated to building lasting infrastructure that will support public and private growth for generations.

Our in-house team has managed the design and construction of more than $500 million of road, sewer, water, and power infrastructure to support our industrial, residential, and commercial projects nationwide.

Hunt Midwest has partnered with government leadership to complete more than $170 million in publicly financed projects, delivering cost-effective critical infrastructure faster to support long-term community growth. Key projects included improvements to the Interstate 29 interchange with Mexico City Avenue to open 3,300 acres for development at KCI 29 Logistics Park, and the 2015 Twin Creeks Area Sewer Improvement project, which opened more than 15,000 acres of Northland Kansas City for new homes to attract 75,000 new residents.

Our success is built on our reputation, resources, and relationships.
