Jenni Mann, director of residential marketing, is responsible for attracting new residents to Hunt Midwest’s master planned communities by recruiting and retaining the area’s most reputable homebuilders and working directly with onsite real estate agents to create and deploy strategic marketing programs aimed towards home buyers. Additionally, Jenni consults with a variety of project partners to ensure the interior design, brand messaging and overall aesthetic of Hunt Midwest’s mixed-use, multifamily and senior housing developments are on point with market demand and perpetuate the company’s reputation for building thoughtfully designed, sustainable residential communities for more than 25 years.
Jenni holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Missouri Kansas City and is a Certified New Home Sales Professional through the National Home Builders Association. She currently serves as co-chair of the Greater Kansas City Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council, is a founding member of Starlight Theatre’s Young Friends of Starlight Group and has led multiple domestic and international disaster relief mission trips. A lifelong resident of the Kansas City area, Jenni and her husband Eric reside in Kansas City, Missouri.
