The Capstone at Centerra will offer 88 studio, one-, and two-bedroom assisted living and memory care suites with accommodations for as many as 114 residents. Located in the 3,000-acre Centerra master-planned development, design for both the interior and exterior of the two-story, 78,000 square foot senior housing community will be inspired by surrounding architecture and northern Colorado’s natural scenery. The Capstone at Centerra will offer residents a variety of engaging programs and indoor and outdoor amenity areas including a great room, a formal dining room, a fitness center, a bistro lounge, a sunroom, walking trails, a gazebo, and a dog park.

Construction is slated to begin in early 2021 with a grand opening planned for Spring 2022. Hunt Midwest has selected Pi Architects to lead the overall design and Olsson to perform land planning and civil engineering for the project.
