Fort Prince Logistics Center is a 476,280 SF speculative-to-suit facility located on the new Fort Prince industrial corridor in Greenville-Spartanburg, SC. The site provides easy access to the state’s interstate system via I-85, which connects to major population centers Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA as well as a thriving manufacturing and supplier base centered around the Inland Port in Greer.
Construction was completed in 2022 and the facility was sold to an international clean energy provider and solar panel manufacturer to support its “Made in America” solar products.
Upstate South Carolina’s central location within the booming Southeastern United States provides access to major markets, supplier networks and growing industries.
