Soccer Drive Improvement

Hunt Midwest oversaw two phases of improvements to Soccer Drive that included construction of a two-lane roadway, roundabout and bridge. The $12.4M project improved motorist access and safety for visitors of the Western Missouri League Soccer Complex by increasing traffic capacity along the 1.6-mile stretch and replacing a dangerous low water crossing with a 250’ bridge.

Wrapping up in 2012, the project was completed on time and under budget. Soccer Drive improvements were financed by the Shoal Creek TIF and created access to acres of developable property within the Shoal Creek Valley.
