
Brenner Holland oversees all Hunt Midwest residential development, including new home, multifamily, build-to-rent, and senior living communities.
Brenner joined Hunt Midwest in 2004, and he has more than 35 years of experience in land development and planning. He is an expert in building thriving communities, including from scratch on greenfield sites through master-planned new home communities and by redeveloping underutilized urban sites into modern luxury multifamily communities. He leads Hunt Midwest’s acquisition of land, project entitlements, development, and marketing of all new residential communities, and he spearheads the company’s research and development of new residential product offerings. Brenner played a pivotal role in the company’s entry into the senior living market in 2011, and he led the company’s entry into the luxury multifamily market in 2014 and the build-to-rent market in 2016.
Brenner is a current board member and past president of the Greater Kansas City Home Builders Association, and he was a 2018 inductee into the group’s Builder Hall of Fame. He is a life delegate for the National Association of Home Builders board and has served on the group’s national land development committee.
