Connor Childress identifies, evaluates, underwrites, and executes investment opportunities across Hunt Midwest’s entire real estate portfolio and property types.
Connor joined Hunt Midwest in 2026 with more than a decade of experience in institutional commercial real estate. He leads financial underwriting, strategic analysis, and deal structuring for current and potential Hunt Midwest projects in the industrial, multifamily, data center, senior living, and self-storage sectors. His work supports the company’s continued growth across multiple geographic markets, including its ongoing expansion across the Southeast and the identification of new markets and strategic partnerships for Hunt Midwest investment.
Connor is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation earned from the CCIM Institute in 2019. A Kansas City native and lifelong Chiefs fan, he has prior experience spanning acquisitions, ground-up development, redevelopment, and dispositions across industrial, multifamily, medical office, retail, and land.
