
Jeff Redhage serves as project manager on new Hunt Midwest construction projects, including industrial build-to-suit facilities, multifamily developments, and purpose-built data center space at SubTropolis Technology Center.
Jeff joined Hunt Midwest in 2014, and he has more than 25 years of construction experience. He works closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to plan and construct a range of product types. Jeff oversaw construction of the award-winning, 1.5 million-square-foot Ace Hardware retail supply center, the first building at KCI 29 Logistics Park and the largest distribution center by building footprint in the Kansas City metro. He also led construction of SubTropolis Technology Center, where he has developed mission critical space for colocation provider LightEdge Solutions and developed the biometrically secure meet-me room serving the facility. Jeff also oversees construction of Hunt Midwest’s luxury multifamily developments, including the 2025 completion of The Hudson, a 226-residence community adjacent to The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, Kansas, and built in partnership with KU Endowment.
Jeff is a leader in incorporating new technologies that make Hunt Midwest’s construction processes more efficient and accountable. He graduated from the University of Kansas, where he played defensive end for the football team, and has returned to mentor current student athletes.
