Justin White oversees leasing, development, infrastructure, capital planning, and operations to support the continued growth of the company’s industrial real estate portfolio, including SubTropolis, Hunt Midwest’s surface industrial properties, and SubTropolis Technology Center.
Justin joined Hunt Midwest in 2018 and has played a key role in the growth and modernization of the company’s portfolio. His responsibilities include lease negotiations, deal structuring and underwriting, tenant expansions, capital planning, and new development. His team serves more than 80 tenant companies across almost 10 million square feet of completed industrial space underground at SubTropolis and more than 4 million square feet of surface industrial space in the Midwest and Southeast.
Justin is closely involved in the growth of SubTropolis Technology Center, working with prospective users, tenants, utilities, and design teams on the complex power and infrastructure requirements associated with technology-driven users.
Justin serves as Chair and Executive Director of the Northland Gateway Community Improvement District, leading capital improvements, financing, and public-private coordination. He also helped organize a multi-agency safety and security initiative involving KCPD, Kansas City, and area stakeholders. Justin also serves on the Powell Gardens board of directors and several Starlight Theatre committees.
