Keri Kipping is responsible for the daily operations and property management of Hunt Midwest’s industrial portfolio across Kansas City and in SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex.
Keri joined Hunt Midwest in 2025 and has more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential property management. She works directly with tenants to manage their leases, tenant improvements, maintenance requirements, and expansion and relocation needs. She also coordinates with Hunt Midwest’s facilities and security teams to address tenant work orders and foster a safe, secure environment for the almost 3,000 tenant employees working underground every day.
Keri maintains a Missouri real estate license and is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association.
