Kim Smith is responsible for accounting and financial controls at Hunt Midwest Enterprises, Inc. and Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development, Inc.
Kim joined Hunt Midwest in 1989 and has worked her entire career with the company. She oversees the accounting team and leads preparation of all company financial statements, coordination of the annual external audit and company tax returns, budget preparation and long-term financial forecasts. She also assists the CFO with overseeing property and liability insurance.
