Ryan Huffman is responsible for overseeing site management of Hunt Midwest’s real estate developments, including SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex.
Ryan joined Hunt Midwest in 2024 with more than two decades of real estate management experience. He works directly with current and future tenants at Hunt Midwest Business Center and SubTropolis to manage their leases, tenant improvements, maintenance requirements, and expansion and relocation needs. Ryan also coordinates with the facilities and security teams’ daily operations and directs special events at SubTropolis.
Ryan is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and currently serves on the Institute of Real Estate Management International Board of Directors as the 2025 Secretary/Treasurer nominee.
