Ryan Tompkins is responsible for sales and leasing across Hunt Midwest’s growing industrial and commercial portfolio nationwide.
Ryan joined Hunt Midwest in 2012 and has almost 30 years of experience. He works directly with commercial real estate brokers, site selection consultants, and economic development agencies to develop business opportunities at the company’s properties in Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky and Florida. He has been involved in the leasing or sale of more than 10 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and build-to-suit projects at Hunt Midwest. Ryan also played an integral role in bringing new business and development to Automotive Alley, the strategic combination of SubTropolis and Hunt Midwest Business Center for automotive users due to its proximity to the Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant in Claycomo.
Ryan led the relaunch of the NAIOP Kansas City chapter and currently serves as its president. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute of Kansas City.
