Terry Owens is responsible for the design and development of home sites in Hunt Midwest’s new home communities across the Kansas City metro and manages the company’s public and private infrastructure projects.
Terry joined Hunt Midwest in 1995 and has worked for the company his entire career, including more than 25 years with the company’s residential division. He has helped develop thousands of residential lots in more than a dozen neighborhoods across the Kansas City metro and manages the day-to-day operations of the residential maintenance department, including developing all of Hunt Midwest’s residential storm water pollution prevention plans. He also helps design and manage the construction of road, bridge, and utilities infrastructure projects in and around Hunt Midwest developments. Those responsibilities include the reconstruction of Maplewoods Parkway and Platte Purchase Drive, the extension of NE 48th Street at Hunt Midwest Business Center, and the new infrastructure to support 20 million square feet of industrial space at the company’s 3,300-acre KCI 29 Logistics Park megasite.
