Tyler Schyvinck is responsible for capital improvements, lease renewals, tenant improvements, fire and life system maintenance, and structural geological maintenance at Hunt Midwest’s SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex.

Tyler joined Hunt Midwest in 2020 and has more than a decade of experience in facilities and operations management. He helps oversee the Hunt Midwest facilities team and leads capital improvement projects throughout SubTropolis, including renovations and improvements to industrial spaces for new and existing tenants. He also leads the facilities structural and capital teams and works closely with expert geologists who maintain and monitor the structural integrity of SubTropolis.

Tyler is a member of the International Facility Managers Association and has certifications and professional development in OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health, CPR and AED training, and Missouri Fire Fighting 1 and 2 licenses.
