Wes Detwiler is responsible for financial due diligence on all Hunt Midwest projects and plays a critical role in the financial planning and investment strategy of the company.
Wes joined Hunt Midwest in 2017, and he has almost two decades of experience in financial analysis and real estate. He analyzes, completes financial underwriting, and performs due diligence on new developments and acquisitions. He provides targeted financial analysis and research for Hunt Southwest as well as evaluating new geographic markets, strategic planning, and identifying new business opportunities.
Wes is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, earned from the CCIM Institute in 2019. He also was an accomplished pitcher and captain of his college baseball teams at the University of Texas at Arlington and Cowley College.
