DOUG COLEMAN

General Manager of New Business Development

In his role as general manager of new business development, Doug Coleman is responsible for business expansion which includes identifying new opportunities and relationships, completing financial analyses, and performing all due diligence activities.  He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of finance, acquisitions, real estate development and management.

Doug currently serves on the board of directors and is past president of the North Kansas City Business Council, the board of directors of the Clay County Economic Development Council and the North Kansas City Schools Education Foundation. Doug is also a member of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Missouri Economic Development Financing Association (MEDFA). He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City and received an MBA in finance from Avila College. Doug is a life-long resident of the Kansas City area and resides with his wife, Dixie, in Kansas City, North.
