Chris Reasoner is responsible for planning and executing the construction of Hunt Midwest’s industrial, residential, and commercial developments.
Chris joined Hunt Midwest in 2012 and has more than two decades of experience in the construction industry. He works closely with contractors, design professionals, and tenants to plan and construct a range of projects, from tenant improvements to existing facilities to new build-to-suit developments. Chris oversaw construction of an almost 1.5 million-square-foot SubTropolis facility — the largest underground build-to-suit warehouse in the world — and helps manage construction of the company’s expanding industrial portfolio across the Southeast U.S. Chris also oversaw the construction of all six StorTropolis self-storage locations across Kansas City and the tenant improvement construction for Hunt Midwest’s new offices at Corrigan Station II in the Crossroads Arts District, which was honored with a 2023 Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award.
