Heather Jones

Heather Jones serves as Hunt Midwest’s General Counsel and Senior Vice President. She is also responsible for the company’s administrative activities.

Heather joined Hunt Midwest in 2026 after 20 years as a shareholder and executive committee member with the Kansas City law firm of Seigfreid Bingham, P.C., where she played an important role as outside counsel on many key Hunt Midwest development projects. Heather oversees compliance and corporate governance and provides strategic legal guidance on development projects, leases, loan transactions, property sales, land acquisitions and other legal matters. She also works closely with senior leadership and the board of directors to execute companywide strategies and leads the company’s administrative activities, including human resources and corporate communications.

Heather is a passionate supporter of the arts, and she currently serves on the board of directors for Starlight Theatre and the Liberty Arts Foundation. She is a 2011 graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions leadership program. Heather also is an active member of numerous bar associations and previously served as the President of the Lawyers Association of Kansas City.
