Jon Birkel is responsible for developing and managing new residential products, including new home communities, multifamily developments, and senior living projects.
Jon joined Hunt Midwest in 2014, and he has more than three decades of experience in architecture and design, planning, and urban redevelopment. Jon also works with the company’s senior living partners to develop assisted living and memory care communities across the country.
