Justin White

Justin White is responsible for the daily operations and property management of SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex, as well as the Hunt Midwest surface industrial portfolio across the U.S.

Justin joined Hunt Midwest in 2018 and has more than two decades of experience in operations, customer service, facilities, and leadership management. He leads a full-spectrum operations team overseeing tenant relationships, maintenance, capital projects, and safety and security. He has played a pivotal role in the continued growth and modernization of SubTropolis, including his work on a new method of preparing underground space for construction and the development of a state-of-the-art SuperWifi underground communications network. He also is responsible for managing the company’s traditional surface industrial buildings and the needs of tenants nationwide.

Justin previously led operations at Kansas City’s Starlight Theatre, one of the nation’s oldest and largest premier outdoor concert and theatrical venues, where he rose from intern to vice president over 15 years. He also is a Certified Guest Services Professional by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and he has completed Disney Institute courses in leadership, management, and customer service.
