Troy Culver is responsible for the planning, design, and regulatory coordination of Hunt Midwest infrastructure and new development projects. He also aids the team in sourcing new development opportunities.

Troy joined Hunt Midwest in 2025 after 25 years as a business unit leader with a private engineering consulting firm in the Midwest. Through the oversight of the planning and design of Hunt Midwest projects, Troy works hand in hand with cities, economic development organizations, design partners, regulatory agencies, property owners, and contractors to develop projects from discovery and ideation to finalization and delivery. These projects include Hunt Midwest’s existing properties along with our growing portfolio nationwide.

Troy is passionate about helping others and donates time and energy to improving the lives of the youth and the environments where they thrive.
