Responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities and associates, set work schedules, interact with customers, monitor telephones, handle office paperwork, deposits and computer operations that include, but are not limited to, the operation of the online storage software, SiteLink.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day business operations: collections, warehouse activity, site maintenance and monitor and promote growth of the business
- Meet or exceed budget goals set each year
- Manage the online storage software (SiteLink) that includes the operation of move-ins, move-outs, transfers, daily cash and credit card payments, daily close and tenant information
- Lead and supervise all associates, set schedules and work assignments
- Hire, train, discipline and evaluate all associates
- Perform any job in the facility operation as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate deposits, collections, payroll and all records
- Conduct safety staff meetings as events warrant
- Report any necessary changes, suggest and implement improvements and report events or circumstances, to the director of new business development
- Utilize strong oral and written communications skills to maintain a safe work place with special emphasis upon promoting good customer relations
- Follow and promote QISS (Quality, Integrity, Safety and Service) at all times and represent the company in a friendly and positive manner
- Duties are not limited to those described above, others may be assigned periodically by management

Years of Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a storage warehouse position
Degree and Licenses:
- High school graduate or GED
Other:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
