SUBTROPOLIS EXPANSION CONTINUES
Hunt Midwest begins build-out of an additional 700,000 square feet of speculative Class-A space in SubTropolis, bringing the complex up to 7.5 million square feet of leasable space. The expansion provides an excellent solution for warehousing and distribution operations to meet the current supply chain and speed-to-market demands.

HUNT MIDWEST EXPANDS INTO LOUISVILLE MARKET
Hunt Midwest expands into the Louisville, KY, industrial market and begins construction on Blankenbaker Logistics Center. The 323,000 square foot speculative building will be located in Blankenbaker Station, a Class A mixed-use business park in eastern Jefferson County, and adjacent to the local FedEx Ground terminal.
