Lance Poage is responsible for the maintenance of Hunt Midwest’s new home communities across the Kansas City metro before, during, and after construction, including coordinating with dozens of homebuilders and vendors. 

Lance joined Hunt Midwest in 1993 and has worked for the company for his entire career. He oversees the day-to-day maintenance and operations at 14 new home communities under development with almost 4,000 total platted residential lots. He works closely with more than a dozen homebuilders constructing residences in each of those communities and the litany of vendors and contractors involved in each development. Lance also oversees maintenance at completed new home communities until the project is turned over to its new homeowner’s association. 

Lance is an avid golfer who loves to travel with his wife, Amy, and enjoy the outdoors. They live in Kearney, Missouri.
