In his role as senior asset manager, Bret Richardson is responsible for monitoring and maximizing property revenue and value for Hunt Midwest assets. Bret also assists with new acquisitions and developments.
Bret has over 11 years of experience in real estate and has been involved in over $ 100 million of construction and acquisition/disposition activity.
Bret is a graduate of The University of Kansas receiving a bachelor of science and education in sports management/marketing and a minor in business administration.
