JUSTIN WHITE

Director of Operations

In his role as director of operations in Hunt Midwest’s Commercial Real Estate division, Justin White is responsible for the daily operations of SubTropolis, including lease renewals, property management, maintenance, security, and tenant relations.

Justin has over 15 years of experience in operations, customer service, facilities and leadership management. Prior to joining Hunt Midwest, he led these teams at Starlight Theatre, one of the Nation’s oldest and largest premier outdoor concert and theatrical venues. While at Starlight, Justin rose from the ranks of intern to, most recently, vice president of operations. Justin brings to Hunt Midwest a perspective in ensuring that our day-to-day operations support our organization’s desire to be the first choice for businesses of all types and sizes that are starting, growing or building a new business.

Justin earned a bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Central Missouri. He has been a member of the International Association of Venue Managers and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, is a certified Guest Services Professional, and has completed two courses led by the Disney Institute in leadership and customer service. Justin also spends time volunteering with the Sporting LS soccer club, as well as remaining a member of the Facilities Committee for Starlight Theatre. Justin resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
