THE CAPSTONE AT CENTERRA
The Capstone at Centerra will offer 88 studio, one-, and two-bedroom assisted living and memory care suites with accommodations for as many as 114 residents. Located in the 3,000-acre Centerra master-planned development, design for both the interior and exterior of the two-story, 78,000 square foot senior housing community will be inspired by surrounding architecture and northern Colorado’s natural scenery. The Capstone at Centerra will offer residents a variety of engaging programs and indoor and outdoor amenity areas including a great room, a formal dining room, a fitness center, a bistro lounge, a sunroom, walking trails, a gazebo, and a dog park.
Construction is now underway and the grand opening is planned for Fall 2022. Hunt Midwest has selected Pi Architects to lead the overall design, Olsson to perform land planning and civil engineering, and Pinkard Construction Company as the general contractor.
