TONY BORCHERS
Vice President
Tony Borchers is responsible for identifying new development opportunities and conducting due diligence with third-party consultants and government agencies, including site selection, site design, entitlements, and permitting.
Tony has more than three decades of experience in real estate and development, including six years with Hunt Midwest. He has played a central role in the company’s ongoing expansion across the Southeast U.S. that now includes almost 10 million square feet of industrial space completed or under development in Florida, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Tony also works directly with site selectors, brokers, and potential clients to create custom real estate solutions to suit almost any need.
Tony is a past board member of the Kansas City-American Planning Association and the Platte County Economic Development Council, and he was a founding board member of the Parkville Economic Development Council.
Tony earned a master’s degree in community planning from Missouri State University and a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Tony lives with his family in Leawood, Kansas.
