Acquisitions & Development
As vice president of acquisitions and development, Tony is responsible for the identification of new development opportunities and management of due diligence with third party consultants and municipalities. This role will include site selection, site design, entitlements and permitting.
Tony has over 22 years of experience in real estate development and entitlements. He has been a member of several boards including the Parkville EDC, KC Chapter of the American Planning Association and the Platte County EDC.
Tony is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville and completed his graduate work for his Masters in Community and Regional Planning from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Tony resides in Leawood, Kansas with his family.
